What the scan is

A written analysis of your position, provided as a document you keep. It covers four things:

  • An analysis of your figures: your income by stream and country, your current legal form, the tax you pay now and where you lose money.
  • A structure design: whether a BV (besloten vennootschap, a Dutch private limited company) makes sense at your level, and whether a holding belongs above it. It also covers how the pieces suit your residence and your income mix.
  • The salary and payout plan: the customary salary, the timing of dividends and the rules for borrowing from your company.
  • An order of steps: what you arrange first, what can wait a year and what you leave as it is.

How it works

  1. You send figures and a short description of the situation through the form on any page.
  2. We reply in writing with the scope, the fee and any questions that are still open.
  3. You receive the written scan; questions on it are answered in writing.
  4. If you continue, the fee for the scan is deducted from the price of the package. The scan is then the first payment for the work.

The fee for the scan

The scan has a fee because the analysis is the work itself. If you continue with the structure work, you get the fee back as a discount. You then pay for the analysis once. If you take the document to another adviser, you keep a design that any adviser can use.

Working in writing

All contact is in writing. This suits people in other time zones, and you keep a record that you can read again. We treat your information confidentially. The analysis is based on your own figures. The structure works the same way for every type of content you make.
