What the scan is

A written analysis of your position, delivered as a document you keep. It covers four things:

  • Your figures read properly: income by stream and country, the current legal form, what tax the present setup produces, and where money leaks along the way.
  • A structure design: whether a BV (besloten vennootschap, a Dutch private limited company) earns its keep at your level, whether a holding belongs above it, and how the pieces fit your residence and your income mix.
  • The salary and payout plan: the customary salary question, the dividend rhythm, and the borrowing rules that surround them.
  • A sequence: what to arrange first, what waits a year, and what stays as it is.

How it runs

  1. You send figures and a short description of the situation through the form on any page.
  2. We reply within one working day with the scope, the fee and the questions we still have.
  3. You receive the written scan; questions on it are answered in writing.
  4. Should you continue, the fee is settled against the package, so the scan effectively becomes the first instalment of the work.

What it costs and what it buys

The scan carries a fee because the thinking is the product. That fee returns to you as a discount when the structure work follows, so a client who continues pays for the analysis once. A client who takes the document elsewhere keeps a design they can hand to any adviser.

Everything runs in writing, which suits people in other time zones and leaves you with a record you can reread. Your situation stays discreet, and the analysis follows your figures rather than a template — whatever the content you make, the structure underneath behaves the same way.
