First the plain words, then the term

The Holdwise Academy is a structured education in running a Dutch company: the legal form, the taxes, the salary of a director-shareholder (DGA, the owner-employee of their own BV), the holding structure and the international moves. The material is built as routes — ordered learning paths that match where you are — and every route ends in decisions you actually take, trained in the Scenario Mode with realistic cases. You study in English or Dutch and switch at any moment; progress, notebook and quizzes travel with you.
