What you need to set up a Dutch company

A holding is a second company that owns the shares of the working company. It protects profits and makes a later sale easier. If you are not sure, choose “not sure”; we look at it with you.

Where do we send your list?

You get the list on screen and by email. We keep your answers to prepare your file; we do not store names of public positions, only yes or no.
