Holding & structure design.

A Dutch holding has three advantages. Corporate tax is 19% on profit up to €200,000. Under the participation exemption, the holding pays 0% tax on qualifying profit and sale proceeds. You also decide when you pay personal income tax on dividends (Box 2).

Substance & operating from abroad.

If you run a Dutch BV from Dubai, Singapore or London, the tax authorities of both countries look at where the company is managed. This is called the place of effective management. We set up the governance so that both tax authorities agree on where the company is managed.

Salary, dividend & your tax choices.

The director salary norm is €58,000 in 2026. A lower salary is allowed in a few cases, such as a new BV that still has too little money to pay the full amount. A prior consultation with the tax office gives certainty in advance. You can also borrow up to €500,000 from your own BV. With this loan, you decide the timing of your income.

The 30% ruling & relocation.

Are you relocating staff or yourself to the Netherlands? Under the 30% ruling, 30% of the salary is tax-free in 2026 (27% from 2027, for a maximum of 60 months). We check whether you qualify, prepare the application and plan for the end of the ruling.

Entering the Dutch & EU market.

A Dutch BV can be your base in the EU. The notary incorporates the BV, usually within one week once all documents are complete. We also help with the VAT registration, the bank account and your first hires. Your company then has real substance in the Netherlands.

Succession, privacy & the STAK.

A trust office foundation (STAK) separates voting rights from economic ownership. With a STAK, you get privacy in the trade register, and you can plan succession and continuity. For tax purposes, the STAK is fully transparent.

What we arrange for you.

Most owners want to pay less tax and keep their wealth safe. They also want someone to arrange it for them. We put the structure on paper and arrange it with the notary, the tax office and the bank. We also keep the books. You check the documents and sign them.

Restructuring and holding.

You can place a holding above your company, or above companies in several countries. Where this is legally possible, you transfer the shares to the holding and the tax is deferred. The notary draws up the deed.

Business transfer and sale.

The amount you keep after a sale depends on the structure you have before the sale. You can also transfer the business to the next generation under the Dutch business succession scheme.

Wealth inside the company.

You can transfer investments, real estate and savings to where they are taxed least. We plan the right moment and prepare the paperwork the tax office expects.

Import, export and registrations.

Your Dutch company can hold the VAT and customs registrations, the EU customs number (EORI) and licences. It can also take the responsible-person roles for products sold in Europe. You have one contact person for all of it.

Salary and dividend plan.

You get one plan per year. It includes the customary salary, the timing of dividends and the loan from your company. If a lower salary is allowed, the plan also covers a prior consultation with the tax office for certainty.

Bookkeeping and filings.

We arrange your bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll for the director, annual accounts and corporate tax return.

Two ways to work with us.

In the written consultation, we put your structure on paper. You get a drawing of the structure, a salary and dividend plan, the substance requirements and a timeline. If you would like to talk first, start with a strategy conversation. Founders outside the EU can read more on the founders page.
