One question about the Netherlands. One signed answer, with the source behind every figure.
For entrepreneurs abroad who do business in or from the Netherlands: your structure, your tax position, your EU set-up. You describe the question, you receive a proposal within one working day, and the written advice within five working days of your acceptance. Published figures only, from the Dutch Tax Administration, KVK, the Dutch government and the European Commission.
Three forms of written advice.
Written advice
One question, one answer. Your facts, the rule that applies, the figures for 2026 and 2027, the official source per figure, and the step we recommend. Signed, in English, within five working days.
Structure memo
The drawing of your structure in the Netherlands and the countries around it, the salary and dividend plan, the substance the tax offices expect, the timeline and the costs of each step. The fee is set off in full when you ask us to implement it within three months.
Second opinion
An existing advice, a proposal from a formation agent or a structure you already have, checked against the law and the figures of today. You receive what holds, what has changed and what we would do differently.
Questions we answer in writing.
| Situation | Typical question |
|---|---|
| A company in the United Kingdom, the United States, Turkey, India or the Gulf that sells in the EU | Do we need an EU entity, which roles does it take (importer, responsible person, CBAM declarant), and what does the Dutch company cost per year? |
| A founder who owns a Dutch BV from abroad | Where is the company tax resident, what salary and dividend are right for 2026 and 2027, and how do we keep both tax offices satisfied? |
| A group that plans a European holding | Participation exemption, dividend withholding tax, the treaty with our country and the substance the Dutch tax office expects. |
| An entrepreneur who relocates to the Netherlands | The expat ruling at 27% from 2027, the moment to transfer the company, the step-up at a seat transfer and the box 2 timing. |
| An e-commerce seller after the end of the €150 exemption | Bulk import through the Netherlands, the €3 duty and the €2 handling fee per parcel, the Article 23 licence and the VAT one-stop shop. |
| A business with EU customers that asks for e-invoicing | Which countries make e-invoicing mandatory in 2026 to 2028, what the Netherlands requires from 2030, and what a Dutch BV must prepare. |
The changes of 2027 raise most of these questions: the box 2 rate, the step-down of the limit for borrowing from your own BV, the expat ruling at 27%, the Machinery Regulation and the Cyber Resilience Act for products, the first CBAM payments and the EU customs reform. The overview is on tax changes in the Netherlands in 2027 and EU import rules 2027.
How it works.
- Day 0. You describe your question in the form below: your country, your company, what you want to achieve and when. A link to your website helps.
- Within one working day. You receive the proposal: the scope, the form of advice, the delivery date and the price. You decide.
- Within five working days of acceptance. You receive the signed advice as a PDF, with the official source per figure and the steps we recommend. One round of questions on the advice is included.
- Afterwards. When you ask us to form the company, arrange the registrations or carry out the structure, the fee for the structure memo is set off against that work.
Formation of the Dutch company itself has a fixed price: from €2,950 excl. VAT, all-inclusive, on setting up a BV in the Netherlands.
