Passport copy, certified by a notary in Lithuania.
Proof of address in Lithuania, at most three months old.

The apostille. Any Lithuanian notary. Since 2016, notaries have issued apostilles. An apostille costs about €10 per document. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs only apostilles documents from Lithuanian embassies.

If a company from Lithuania becomes a shareholder
Register extract, at most three months old: Register of Legal Entities at the Centre of Registers (Registrų centras). Order an extended extract showing managers and shareholders. Plus articles, signing authority and ownership chart.
Lithuania: business register and trade
The data processor of Lithuania's register of legal persons is the State enterprise Centre of Registers. The register entered into operation on 1 January 2004, digitisation began in 1990 and the register is now fully digitised.
The register can be searched by the legal person's code, name or part of its name, in person or on the register's website. Documents are subject to a fee in the amount set by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
A certified extract can be ordered online via the self-service system, by email, by post or at a customer service department. An uncertified copy of a document can be ordered and obtained online via the self-service system.
In 2025, the Netherlands exported goods worth €1.9 billion to Lithuania and imported goods worth €2.1 billion from Lithuania, according to provisional figures.
