The apostille. Notarial documents, including powers of attorney, are apostilled by the Court of First Instance of the region. Administrative documents are apostilled by the Decentralised Administration. Digitally signed certificates from the Greek company register (GEMI) can be e-apostilled through gov.gr.

Greece: business register and trade
Greece's General Commercial Registry (Geniko Emporiko Mitroo) was set up under Law 3419/2005 and has operated as a digital register since 4 April 2011. Its website serves as the national gazette for commercial information.
A company's name, legal form, registered office, registry number, status, object, directors and branches are free on the registry website. Searches use the tax identification number, registry number, company name or short name.
Official certificates, copies and extracts are issued in electronic form after free registration with the registry's outreach department, at a fee of €5. Delivery is digital or by post, anywhere in the world.
Provisional figures for 2025 show goods exports from the Netherlands to Greece of €4.9 billion and imports from Greece of €1.1 billion.
