Croatia: business register and trade
Croatia's court register (sudski registar) is managed by the commercial courts. Each registering court is responsible for the authenticity of its entries, and artisans and associations remain outside the register.
Data on registered entities can be consulted free of charge, 24 hours a day, on the court register website. An entry takes legal effect for third parties on the day of its publication.
Anyone may examine the entries and stored documents and request an extract, a certified copy or a transcript. Notaries may also issue extracts, copies and transcripts.
Provisional figures for 2025 show goods exports from the Netherlands to Croatia of €1.7 billion and imports from Croatia of €429 million.
