Legalisation. Laos is outside the apostille system, so after the notary the document needs legalisation. First the ministry of foreign affairs of Laos, then the Embassy of the Netherlands in Laos (or the embassy responsible for Laos). The Dutch notary accepts the document once it is legalised.
