A holding is a second company that owns the shares of the working company. It protects profits and makes a later sale easier. If you are unsure, choose “Help me decide”; we look at it with you.

Where do we send your list?

You get the list on screen and by email. We keep your answers to prepare your file. For public positions, we store only your answer to the question, and the name of the position stays out of our records.
