Budgeting the first year

Add the running items every founder carries: bookkeeping (€1,200–€2,500 for a sole proprietorship, €1,500–€4,000 with a BV), Dutch health insurance (roughly €150 per adult per month), and your registered office if you choose one. The structure choice drives most of the difference: sole proprietorship or BV.
